I just got off the phone with Pro-flowers as I too had been charged for 2 months @ 14.95 and a one time charge for 1.95. I talked with a very nice person whom straighted the whole thing out. So she says.. I will recieve a credit for all. Definately pays to call pro-flowers. Now just to wait and see if i do get the credit. Phone # 1-800-580-2913 then hit #2. Good Luck to You~~

Give me a break. I came across the same charges on my statement. HOWEVER... I am smart enough to check my statement regularly and picked up on the enrollment with the initial charge of $1.95! If you don't check your statements - well, then I call that STUPID. After I called to cancel, I went back to the PRO FLOWERS site and checked to see how "fraudulent" it was. IT'S NOT. A WHOLE page comes up offering a discount on your next purchase... TELLING you that that discount includes the 30 trial of Easy Saver. You actually HAVE to enter your email address AND zip code ANDDDDD click on "enroll me now" !!! If you people can't see that, you don't need to have a credit card OR bank account. I too called to cancel. I spoke with a perfectly lovely customer service representative who was more than helpful in explaining the enrollment process as well as refunding my money. All I had to do was request it. These poor people you are calling have NOTHING to do with the enrollment. They are just the unfortunate souls who have to deal with hotheaded idiots like all of you. What the heck are you getting out of being rude and demanding to these people! It's a job. How would you like people to call YOU all day and yell at you????? You get alot more with honey than with vinegar. LEARN TO READ AND OWN UP TO YOUR OWN MISTAKES. This is a perfectly ligit company. I have looked into it. They have been in business for longer than I am old, and if you think being a bunch of idiots in denial is going to bring them down... well, continue to waste your time. However, I would suggest you spend that time learning to READ rather than yelling about someone "stealing" your money when it's your own fault. Jerks.

I recently placed an order of flowers for my girlfriend, and I was asked if I would like $15 off my next purchase, to which I said sure why not. Little did I know that Proflowers was going to hand Easy Saver my credit card information to charge me $14.95. I'm very eccentric about my finances, so I immediately called both businesses, and they willingly refunded it and cancelled my "membership". It's as if they know what they're doing is shady to bow down like that. The FTC needs to investigate these thieves. I will definitely never use Proflowers ever again.

After ordering some flowers for a co worker who had a death in the family, I was apparently automatically signed up for EasySaver rewards.. I never agreed to this. While making a Christmas purchase that would max out my card it was declined. When I called Visa, and reviewed my charges I found a charge for Easy Saver.. after googling it and seeing all the consumer complaints I realized what had happened. Called Easy Saver and this has been going on for 9 months. I guess the smaller charges don't catch my eye. They said they will issue a full refund in 1-2 billing cycles. I will definitely be watching for this.
I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use Proflowers again and have already drafted emails to friends and family, posted on facebook, and sent a complaint to the BBB and the National Complaints Board.

Same thing happened to me. Cant believe it. Just caught it today. 3 months of charges at 14.95 for nothing.

I was scammed by ProFlowers in 2007 and I'm embarrassed to say that I did not catch the $14.95 charge for 7 months. However, after calling ProFlowers (their customer service dept and the marketing directory) I was given a full refund.
Honestly, I'm surprised that ProFlowers is still in business...maybe their profits come solely from the money they scam from consumers.

I will absolutly never use pro flowers again. By the time the charges add up you are paying more for flowers than for diamonds. It's just crazy. Imagine paying for flowers on the same scale as paying for
diamond rings. I wish I would have read the reviews before, I would never have placed the order if I had. I did however call easy saver right away and tell them to cancel the membership (which to that customer serv rep credit she did without hesitation) and hopefully that will be the end of it. I will be double checking my credit card bill for the next couple months.

So much for the good deal! They sucker you in. I Do a lot of business on my american express card so some smaller charges get by. Five months straight of 14.95 got by! I have already used my profanity on some 7.00 an hour worker that could give a crap. The person or persons that are behind this i at fault. This si a poor way of doing business. They are blocked from my account now and all the people i come in contact with i tell to stay away.

I started buying from ProFlowers a year ago and just discovered we were getting charged $14.95 a month from Easysaver. I never signed up for anything other than buying some stupid flowers. ProFlowers should be shut down and I am going to do what I can to help.

This is an outrage!!! You do not have an option to back out of this to make your purchase without them signing you up for this "automatic" charge out of your account!!!!!!!!! WRONG WRONG WRONG Never buy from Pro Flowers!!!!!!!!

I ordered a 25.00 plant and after I had put in my visa card number and confirmed it, the total came to 54 dollars. I only had 47 dollars on my card so I was charged 35.00 by visa for going over my limit. ProFlowers told me it will take 2 to 3 days to return my money and in the meantime I have to pay the over limit fee to VISA! Never trust them!

I too just got scammed on this. I called my credit card company Chase who issues my Visa. I spoke to their fraud department as this is a complete scam and this is Fraud 101. I immediately closed my account because I am not going to spend my time contacting easy saver for a scam to be undone. The charges will no longer run through with my old account number. I bought flowers in February 2009 and got scammed. I did not realize until recently after several months of charges of $14.95 what was going on here. Obviously people are still getting scammed even now in December 2009, a full ten months later. Chase was fully aware of this situation when I callled them. They have had numerous complaints about this proflowers/easy saver scam. Proflowers is still doing the scam on thier website so they obviously do not care about stopping this fraud and scheme. Shame on them. Proflowers obviously knows what is going on here. I have ordered flowers from them many times but I will NEVER order from Proflowers.com ever again. Evidently an attorney out of San Diego has begun a class action lawsuit about this matter. Here is a link about the lawsuit: http://www.nbcsandiego.com/around-town/shopping/Complaints-Filed-About-ProFlowers.html . As I said, I will NEVER do business with Proflowers.com ever again.

We had a loss in our immediate family. My wife's father. We sent mom flowers to Florida and saw an additional charge on my credit card "EZSAVER RW ID054480346 800-355-1837 MD". I googled the first part and found several sites stating the above "unauthorized charge". I'm going to call the #. I'll be back if unsucessful. Thanks for the heads up.
I laugh b/c if you or I did this we would be in jail or fined heavy for fraud/robbery/etc. God bless America.

I too got bit by the Easy Saver offer. I don't remember clicking anything since I already had another discount when I ordered the flowers. I called today and asked for my money back. At first I was offered just the last month and then the last three months. When I asked for all of it back (106.60 worth of charges)I was told that would be no problem. It seems they are willing to give the money back but you have to know to ask for it all.
I ordered flowers for my Mom back in May and she loved them. I had not idea about the monthly charges until I took over the family finances this last month.
Thank you so much for the information on this site!

I had problems like most people on here being charged fees that were not authorized by Easy Saver, Done a lot of homework on this. First of all cancel your credit card and get another, it has been compromised. Also this will stop the revolving charges. Call Pro Flowers at 1-800-355-1837. They now have an optioion #2 that will direct you to an Easy Saver Rep, acually it is another front for Proflowers. When you start to complain they will try to tell you that when you ordered the flowers you signed up for Easy Saver. That is not the case ,when you clicked for their discount, you are automatically enrolled. Do not let them B.S. you. Be calm and forceful to have you removed from their accounts. Be sure and get their cancellation number they give you.You can go back to your bank and fill a claim for the unauthorized charges that Easy Saver has charged you. The bank then will file a complaint if they are any good. My last recommendations for you is to file a complaint to your local BBB. File a written complanit to Proflowers and request reimbursement for those charges. Lastly tell God and everyone NOT to use Proflowers.
good luck

Proflowers Scam / EZSVER / Easy Saver Ripoff
-----------------------------------
Yesterday I was going through my credit card statement and discovered unknown charge $14.95 from some EZSVER.
After googling EZSVER, I found that other people having same problem and those unauthorized charges are related to Pro Flowers
In August 2009 I ordered flowers from proflowers.com and, starting next month, unauthorized charges from EZSVER started.
-------------
If you got this kind of transaction on your credit/debit card statement and having no clue what is that about - you are victim of pro flowers/ezsaver ripoff.
EZSVER RW ID056185594 800-355-1837 MD $14.95
If you contact Pro Flowers, they will try to convince you that you willingly submitted your personal information and signed up for this "service".
Don't let it go!
Call your bank and tell them that there has been fraudulent activity within your account, file a dispute, and demand return of ALL money!
I just can't believe Pro Flowers gave away my credit card information!
Waiting when people, who can afford an attorney, will start legal process and, hopefully, it will become a massive class action.

Scammed with monthly $9.94 "FreeShipping" + $14.95 "Easy Saver" charges after ordering from Pro Flowers, difficult to cancel charges.

I ordered flowers for my sick sister-in-law from pro-flowers. 5 months later I realised that Easy Savers has been charging me $14.95 a month for their membership which I did not sign up for. After finally getting a hold of some one on the number they gave (800-355-1837). I was able to cancle the account and they said they will be crediting my account the amount that they charged over the past month. Now I will be awaiting impatiently the money they stole from me. If you order anything online be very careful of what buttons you push and pay close attention to all charges on your accounts.

I have been receiving a service charge in the amount of ($14.95) from ENCORE MKTG 1-877-699-962 on my American Express card each month for a very long time. Every time I try to contact this number I get a recording. Please discontinue the service. You do not have my permission to use my American Express to charge this monthly fee. I have reported this charge from ENCORE MKTG to my credit card company. I do not even know what this is for. I finally found that it was linked to Proflowers. Please send me a notice that you have discontinued this monthly fee and reimburse me for the charges that made to my account. Like I said, when I call the number I get a recording stating that this number is not a working number, but the number shows up on my credit card statement each month. I ordered flowers for my daughters 7th birthday. After noticing a few charges, and after consulting my wife, we discovered that easy savers was somehow charging me 14.95 a month, for a while now! I will never use anybody but my local florist, nor will I ever recommend Proflowers. In fact, I will tell everybody that will listen about my, and apparently a lot of others, unwilling participation in a horrible internet scam. After carefully reviewing my bank statements I noticed extra charges showing up. After posting my ProFlowers/EZ Saver complaint here I was immediately contacted by Caroline Segars a Special Programs Associate. She apologized for the problem and informed me that she had contacted EZ Saver on my behalf for a complete refund of all charges. The refund posted to my CC account today. I was surprised by the quick action and am grateful for it. They seem to be trying to make things right.

Same routine. Been getting charged $14.95 since Mother's Day by these EZ Saver turds. I think I was roped in with some, "Free Shipping," diversion. Funny how I distinctly remember looking at my CC bill after the purchase and realized that I never even received the free shipping!
Another funny thing. I lost the CC I used to make this transaction and had it replaced. The charges never stopped! They're somehow able to still charge my new CC with a new number. These people need to be kicked in the teeth.

They are willing to refund. Thanks to the other "victims" who gave me the connection between ProFlowers and Encore Mktg.
I sent an email to comments@customercare.proflowers.com complaining about these charges. The explanation I got was that I enrolled by accepting the offer for $15 off on my next purchase.
ProFlowers told me to call 1-800-355-1837 to cancel. Just did. EasySaver Rewards aka Encore Mktg readily agreed to give me a refund for all 6 charges on my account - totalling $76.70.
I trust that they will honor their word.

It's 10/6/2009 and the scam goes on. My wife ordered flowers through Pro flowers and for several months our credit card has been billed by ezsver @$14.99. Just picked up on it and called the ezsver # @ 800-355-1837 and at least have cancelled the "service". I have also complained to M/C and will file a fraud report with them. ezsver claimed that we authorised the charges when ordering flowers from Pro flowers. Well, that's the last time we use Pro Flowers. Hopefully we can get our money back through the credit card company.

I will never use Proflowers again. I expressly remember being offered the Easy Saver program and declining. So, either in the ordering process it is necessary to sign up for this program in order to complete the order (which is unbeknown to the customer) or they disregard your wishes entirely and sign you up regardless, because lo-and-behold I apparently am signed up for this rip-off. I have been charged $76.70 total before I realized what this was. I called Proflowers and was told they couldn't do anything, my representative couldn't even give me the phone number for Easy Saver b/c his computer was down, so he suggested I call back and wait in queue again for a different rep with a functioning computer system. So I finally get the Easy Saver number (800-355-1837) and call, complain, demand a refund and am promised a full refund and no further charges....let's see how that goes.

I recently experienced credit card fraud with ProFlowers.com and wanted to get the story out there because it seems as though I am not the first person this has happened to.
I ordered some flowers from them online for my mom's birthday last week, as I have used them in the past without a problem. Everything seemed to go off without a hitch; the flowers arrived on-time and in great condition, as usual.
Then today, I was checking my debit card statement online and noticed there was a charge for $14.95 from a company I didn't recognize and I started to research this to find out what it was. The merchant was listed on my statement as EZSVER RW ID055181287, so I copied and pasted the first part (EZSVER RW) into my browser and was shocked at the search results. You can see some of these results at the following link:
http://search.yahoo.com/search?ei=utf-8&fr=slv8-hptb2&p=EZSVER%20RW
It looks like this has been a scam for quite some time and I immediately contacted ProFlowers to see if there was a way to reverse this charge and keep it from repeating every month. The woman I spoke with told me that I must have "accidentally" clicked the accept button on a pop-up that came up while I was checking out from my order with them. Then, I was simply given a phone number and told that I had to cancel the monthly service myself. Of course, I sent them a complaint e-mail, but I don't know if this will do any good. I also disputed the charge with my bank, but I won't be able to contact the EZSVER merchant to cancel the service until business hours tomorrow.
This whole thing is very disturbing to me because I never entered my debit card information anywhere other than the ProFlowers check-out page, so even if I did click on that pop-up (which I specifically remember closing out), then I should've still had to have given my debit card number to this other company. This means ProFlowers is just handing out credit/debit card numbers and information without client authorization. How can this be legal? PLEASE HELP!! Simply boycotting them for the rest of my life just isn't enough...
Thank you for your time,
Mandi Broderson

I'm not even sure how long I've been charged or when the last time I ordered flowers. I don't think I would sign up for membership, but since I didn't remember, I didn't even ask for a refund after I noticed the charges for a couple of months. However, when I did call to cancel, they did reimburse the current month charges.

I purchased flowers from ProFlowers several times. I believe the last time
was in Sept of 2008. After doing some back-tracking, I discovered that is
also when my credit card started being charged $14.95 every month. I always
scan my credit card bill, but I put a lot of charges on my credit card every
month, so I never actually noticed the $14.95 that was hitting me every
month. If I did see the $14.95, I probably mistook if for the $14.00 we
give automatically to St. Jude's Hospital every month. Anyway, I recently
started using a new credit card, leaving very few charges on the old credit
card and then I notice it a couple of days ago. So, it turns out that I've
been giving them $14.95 every month for the last 12 months and I don't even
know who they are or what they do. That works out to be $179.40 that I've
paid them. Today I filed a complaint with the BBB. I also cancelled
whatever membership I may have had with these scammers.

Basically, same here. It's a shame, I used Proflowers for years and now, when I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday, I suddenly start getting charged by Easy Saver. Fortunately I caught it after only 2 months but Easy Saver's phone reps are less than helpful but I've already e-mailed Proflowers and I'm looking into other ways to file a complaint. Thank you for your posts!!! i am so pissed and immediately thought - "i can't be alone". i purchased a bouquet from proflowers this summer, thinking they are a reputable company. i remember thinking oh a $15 coupon how nice. i DO NOT remember signing anything about a membership. i can't believe proflowers gave this bogus company my credit card info. i will never do business with them again. shame, really.
When i saw the "easysvr" charge on my account yesterday, i immediately contacted the bank. they returned information saying it was listed as a "nondescript company". when i called the number, i asked for a link to the website, and the customer service girl asked for which company saying they have 32 companies!!! imagine all the scams! AND she was so quick to refund the money and all apologies, i am CERTAIN that they are trained to do so, so they do not receive further complaint and are banking on the fact that many people never catch the transaction. in fact, there was a 2nd debit for 14.95 that i did not catch in our travels cross country. i am going to contact proflowers next.

I have been charged $14.95/month since 1/2009 for a service I did not agree to. The option appeared as a pop up and in the process of eliminating it I apparently inadvertently agreed to the service. I have called Easy Saver MD and they have agreed to credit the money back. By way of a suggestion, buying flowers would be better served without confusing other options popping up at every turn. .

I have over a year's worth of charges from some company called Easy Saver on my credit card. I never auhorized this information to be released to them to begin with and haven't ordered flowers since so there would be no reason for me to click on the 15.00 off thing that all the websites say that people have to click on in order to have this rip of scam begin to charge my account.
Not only do we get charged, but the company has a hard tim paying according to all of the reports on the web that I found regarding this.
You are hurting your business being associated with a business that scams people out of their money.
I'll never order a single thing from your company again.

In Jan '09 I ordered a gift basket for someone in the hospital. Ordering online was an easy enough experience and the gift basket arrived on time and was well received.
Unfortunately, this purchase commenced a credit card nightmare: while going through the process of ordering the flowers on the Proflower's site, I was given the option to receive a $15 discount/rebate on my next purchase from Proflowers by an affiliate, "Easy Savers". I clicked "yes" and then submit.
What "Easy Savers" doesn't state is that by selecting "yes" to the $15 dollars off my next purchase I am automatically signed up for their $14.95/month membership.
Proflowers gave them my credit card details without my consent (surely Proflowers, or even Easy Savers, would have created an extra step, perhaps a confirmation screen like they do before you purchase the flowers that states "you are consenting to join Easy Savers, a separate organization who will begin to bill your credit card within 30 days for the amount of $14.95 per month until you cancel your membership!" But no, nowhere was this stated, or implied in their $15 offer).
I contacted my credit card company who spoke with Easy Savers and the full amount is being refunded. Interestingly, the Easy Savers' Customer Rep confirmed that the offer does not state nor imply you will be billed or that Proflowers will give them your credit card information, but it is stated in the Easy Savers Terms & Conditions. And to view that, you can simply go to their site!
This is my first time being duped on the web, after years of online purchases. I'm only sharing this because a couple thousand customers have filed a complaint withwww.rippedoff.com and www.badbusinessbureau.com, both helpful sites that tell you how to get your money back.
Because of this, I cannot recommend Proflowers because they help (by association and online support) Easy Savers who, in my opinion, uses deceptive tactics.
Thank you.

Pro Flowers, what a scam company, bought flowers in Febuary 2009 and they sold my name and credit card information to EZSVER RW, first charge was $1.95 and then $14.95 each month for the past 6 months, contacted credit card company to stop charges but they state I signed up for this bogus program (still don't know what it is they sell or provide), still trying to get this off my credit card, traced it back to Pro Flowers who offered a $15 discount coupon the next time I ordered, they didn't give me any notice that they were selling my information to this company, what a scam. I have been a Pro Flowers Customer for a while now. My 2nd order with them was very disappointing when I ordered 2 dozen roses for my wife on a specific day with all my family. All the women in my family received their orders from their respective spouses except mine. I was the only one who used Pro Flowers then. After calling customer service they refunded my purchase and gave me a discount on my next order. More recently I placed an order for Mother's Day and the tulips I got were horrible! Two were practically dead. Again, I called customer service and they allowed me to purchase another order of equal value and gave me a discount for a future order. Today I just discovered the EZSVR charges to my CC and I immediately called both EXSVR and Proflowers. EZSVR tells me they will refund my money and ProFlowers apologized and told me someone would contact me this week from their Corporate HQ. I will decide then whether I will ever use them again.
That all said, ProFlowers usually sends very nice flowers which usually last a lot longer than any other place I've ordered from. I really do not want to stop my business with them but they are really starting to piss me off here. Again, I await their call.

It is a shame that a great company would pair up with banking telemarketing scam artists. Just do a google search for pro flowers/easy saver scam. These companies (easy savers/budget savers) are dragging the company down. They have been taking money, they sell your information and make unauthorized charges without your will. If you ever plan to make proflowers legitimate company again, I recommend that you drop this partnership and make a public apology to all the customers that have been wronged. My wife and I have used the Proflowers website to order flowers for approximately five years. Unfortunately, due to their less than honest practices in relation to the Easy Saver coupon scam (for more info on this just Google "Easy Saver scam and/or fraud"), we will never order from them again. We lost approx $50 before we finally caught on to the scam. What amazes me is that Proflowers have continued this coupon scam despited all the bad publicity. Apparently, Proflowers is making quite a hefty kick back fee from Easy Saver to overcome any worry of losing custumors. I guess it comes down to a cost/benefit analysis. This is sad.

I sent flowers for a friend's b'day in May and they were delivered at 10:00 in the morning and she arrived home to find them after 5. It was a very hot day so I can imagine how they looked.
I ordered flowers to be delivered yesterday and my friend just called and said she received flowers this morning for her b'day. I said they were supposed to be delivered yesterday. I called customer service and she said we use fed ex and ups so I don't know if they rang the bell or just left them by the door but they were delivered last night. The end. THat is ridiculas! I told her they take the recipients phone # so I assumed they would call first like a normal florist does. She said the driver only calls that if he can't find the house. O.K.!!!

They took my credit card information and spread it to multiple marketing companies where I was charged a monthly fee of $9.97 and $14.95 wihtout my authorizaton. I spent days on the phone canceling these accounts and arguing with them to get my money back. Hello. I would like to warn you about a charge that came up on my statement from Easy Savers for 14.95 and has been showing up for the last five months. I know I know, shame on me for slacking on diligently checking my itemized checking account statements (it's been busy around this house! And I won't be doing that again!) However, apparently when I went to buy my dear sweet Mom flowers for her birthday at PROFLOWERS.COM I inadvertently was signed up for the Easy Savers Rewards program, whatever that is. Now. I read fine print, I really do. I don't go around shopping on every Internet site available, although in my ideal world that is what I would do, while eating donuts and having my feet rubbed. And I saw no fine print that assigned me to an Easy Saver Membership Program. Besides, I've never been much of a member of anything, at least not since High School. I have reaped no benefits from the Easy Saver rewards Program except the drainage of dollars from my very slim bank account every month. You may think.hmm 14.95? "What is she complaining about, that is nothing?". Well, let's just say that for a family who has a sprightly 3 year who grows by the minute, has only one full time employed worker and a husband in school full time, 14.95 is a lot. It is like to dinners at McDonald's, or 3 at Taco Bell. It is 5 gallons of milk a month and 3 and ½ boxes of cereal. So essentially Easy Savers/ Proflowers, you guys have robbed me and starved my son. My poor helpless son who only wanted his Grandmother to have nice flowers on her birthday.

Even if you do not complete the transaction - if you choose free shipping they sell your cc info and you get charged from TWO different companies for "subscriptions" to scam sites that charge your cc every month! One charge will come from EASY SAVER 800-355-1837 MD for $14.95 per month and another charge for $9.97 per month will be from WWW.FREESHIPPING.COM. Since ordering from ProFlowers in May 2009, I have received three unauthorized charges on my credit card - the first $1.95, then two charges of $14.95. The description of the charge on my credit card statement is: ENCORE MKTG 1-877-699-962 (an incomplete phone number), Merchandise - DIRECT MARKETING - CATALOG.
I found two different phone numbers for the company (Encore Marketing / Easy Saver) from posts on complaintsboard.com and ripoffreport.com by other customers who had also been scammed. The numbers I called were 1-888-595-9380 and 1-800-355-1837. It was an automated system on both numbers and I was not able to speak to a representative as the system said that they were 'closed' and 'to call back during normal business hours' (9am-9pm M-F Eastern Standard Time), even though I called during normal business hours on a Friday.
To add insult to injury, the flowers that I ordered from ProFlowers looked nothing like the picture on the website. They were scrawny, wilted and damaged and a total embarrassment.
Bottom line: DO NOT ORDER FROM PROFLOWERS.

I ordered from them for V.D. and the flowers were not on time, even though I ordered them a week prior. The flowers also did not resemble the flowers pictured online and they were dead in 2 days!

Just like all the rest here. Purchased flowers from Proflowers. Didn't realize that easy saver rewards was a membership scam, until I researched on the internet - and what did I find? Friggin HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS of complaints about this very issue! Greeeat...called the bank and am filing a dispute, went to the BBB and filed a complaint online, of course I called the 800# for easysaver and got the oh-so-Perky-Person to cancel my membership that I didn't know I had, never had any communication with them, nothing ever. Hopefully I'll get my money back. Has ANYONE EVER been refunded by these jerks yet? Just curious...Oh FYI - I know I did NOT click on anything. When I was finished ordering a window popped up and then was gone faster than I could click! The info was provided by Proflowers.
Not friggin Happy in KY

Amended comment from 5/19/09:
ProFlowers promised to replace the sub-standard, dead-within-3-days potted roses I ordered, but alas, when I checked with the recipient, she said they never came. When I checked with ProFlowers they said I did not confirm that I wanted the back-ordered, replacement flowers sent. Confirm? Why do you think I called to complain in the first place? Who is minding the store there? If "We Care" means anything, you'd think they would have checked back to satisfy a customer of 5 years.
Guess I'm not worth that much trouble.

I purchased flowers for my mother in March. I was very impressed with the bouquet that arrived and so was my mother. It's too bad that I will NEVER refer or use this company again. I was apalled at the fact that I was inadvertently signed up for a program called "Easy Saver Rewards" which steals "YES STEALS" $14.95 out of my bank account of my hard earned wages. I did not sign up for this program nor did I receive any compensation back from this FRAUD COMPANY. I had to change my account and WILL NEVER use this company -PROFLOWERS ever again! This expereince has left a bad taste in my mouth for all online florists in general. Which is also too bad for the few floral industries that are fair and provide good customer service. You can give ProFlowers a special "HAND" to help in the destruction of online industry.

Beware of proflowers easy saver scam. At the end of purchase you are asked if you would like to get 15% off of your next purchase. When you click"yes"you become enrolled in the easy savers rewards program.
CATCH THAT WILL COST YOU $14.95 EVERY MONTH UNTIL YOU CATCH THAT CHARGE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD.

I first started using their service when I moved my mom to new york-some of the flowers were OK some were not-when she moved back to atlanta with my sister I sent flowers again to my sister and they were pathetic-one more time ok-why not-they were a day late!!!!!!!!
I have not used them in almost 2 years-however-when you use them-your information-credit card etc is then used by some affiliate for coupons @14.95 a month-
I just realized this today-after all this time-and they cut me off twice on the phone and three times on line-
NEVER USE PROFLOWERS EVER-THE QUALITY SUCKS AND YOU BECOME A MEMBER OF A VERY EXPENSIVE COUPON RACKET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a Father's Day gift and only received part of the order. Really bummed about that. Called to get my money back, and they said I must ask my husband first and have him call because it was on his credit card. If I was trying to scam someone I would not be trying to get them credited.

Proflowers was offering free shipping via a rebate from freeshipping.com. Instead of receiving a rebate, I received another charge from freeshipping.com for a membership fee. When I called they claimed that this was under the terms and conditions and I should have known about it. After switching to a supervisor they finally agreed to reverse the membership fee (which I am still waiting for). By the way, I never did receive my shipping rebate!

I recently ordered flowers from Pro Flowers and the flowers were fine but when I recieved my bill I noticed a $14.95 easy saver charge was added. I called the company and recieved a credit and was allowed out of the service. This is a very deciptive business activity and I do not appreciate them sharing my credit card information with another company. I will not be using them ever again and I recommend that others follow suit. I do not like that when you call Pro Flowers and speek to a customer service rep they immediately blame you instead of trying to help.

I ordered the 100 blooms for mom for my mother for mothers day. The card was supposed to say Happy Mother's day!!! I love you, Jennifer...well the flowers came and the card said Happy Mother's day I love you, Love your son, Jeff. Now by pure coincidence I happen to have a brother named Jeff, so when my mother received the flowers she thought they were from him and went on and on all day to everyone about how sweet it was that he had sent her the flowers, since it was very out of character for him,so she calls her son, Jeff, to thank him for the nice gift, yeah well he didn't send them and he told her sorry it was not him...it was very embarrassing for him, I went over to her house and looked at the flowers and realized that they were the flowers that I had ordered, I explained the situation to her and I was then very embarrassed, as was she for going on and on to everyone about how Jeff had gotten her the flowers when really he had not...I called Proflowers and told them I was very upset that they had made this mistake and the girl on the phone was so rude saying well I guess if you think its necessary we can replace it...I was like um yeah I think you better...and then she goes on and on about how she would be sure to make a note of the incident in my account and that this had better not happen again, like it was somehow my fault or because of something I had done...she was attacking my like all I wanted was free stuff...I was mortified...I then told her that I had the incorrect card with the order number of the order it actually belonged to with me and that I would be happy to give it to her so that she could call Jeff and tell him that his mother would also be receiving the wrong card, so that at least, unlike me, he would be somewhat prepared for the awkwardness...and if you can even believe it she says "oh no, it won't matter there is nothing we can do anyway..it will just be another situation like yours" I was like um yeah you could call him and at least tell him...and she absolutely refused to take the order number, I was like wow...what horrible customer service..she could easily pull this customer's account up and give him a call, it would take 2 seconds of her life and yet, no, she would not. The least she could have done would be to take the order number and just pretend she actually cared, even if she just tossed it in the trash when we got off the phone so I at least Thought she might do something about the situation, that would be better than basically saying well screw you and him we don't care if you got the wrong card and even if we know that is what is going to happen and could call to warn you...well we are not going to be doing that...after that I just told her to forget it and that I didn't want them to send anything I would just go buy her my own card and that I would not be ordering from their company again, and she says, "ok...well have a nice day" I was like yeah whatever...and they never sent me anything...they truly did not care whether I was a customer or not and cared nothing about keeping my business so I am going to take my business where its actually appreciated. Just wanted to share my experience. Thanks!!

The flowers were fine but you signed me up for an Easy Saver membership that I could not afford or want in the first place. I recieved a surprise charge of 14.95 on my checking account that I never asked for. What kind of buisness are you running? I called Easy Saver and they said they would credit my account but if I do not see my money back in the 7 to 10 days I was told be prepaired to hear from my lawyer.

I THINK PROFLOWER ASSOCIATION WITH EASY SAVER IS A BIG SCAM...YOU TAKE MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE'S ACCOUNT AND CLAIM IT TO BE RIGHTLY YOURS. PLEASE STOP THIS. THE FACT THAT A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT IT SHOULD MAKE YOU REALIZE THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE TRANSACTIONS...IT'S NOT YOUR MONEY!!!

I also have been scammed by Proflowers and Easy Saver. After receiving two credit card charges of 14.95, they said that I received a free trial when I bought flowers and had to cancel the service. I never knew of this. They said I received email notification, which I never did. I am out the 30 bucks unless I fill out all the contesting charges paperwork with my credit card company. This is no way to do business!

During my last order I got "steered" into the Easy Saver" scam and immediately canceled and received a "cancellation number". Days later I got an e-mail indicating I was a member. I phoned and was assured I was not a member and was not getting billed. Well, the following Saturday I received my Visa statement and sure enough Easy Saver billed me. You cannot reach an Easy Saver representative during weekends. I did reach a Proflowers rep and he assured me this matter would be corrected. This morning I did receive an e-mail from Proflowers actually DEFENDING their Easy Saver practices but they also stated I would be credited what Easer Saver billed me for.
I actually liked using Proflowers over the years but I have lost confidence in how they do business.

After telling my story on this site on 5/14/09 I received a Tweet advising me of the ProFlowers customer service number: 800-580-2913. The ProFlowers customer service rep arranged to send a replacement order AND give me 20 percent off my next order. They do work VERY hard to make their customers happy.
Editor's note: good to hear.

Had been a ProFlowers customer for years. Their cust. svc. used to be great -- any problems, they would resolve immediately!
Late March I sent birthday flowers to a friend. What arrived had half the blooms and half the "bulk" of the online photo. Photos sent to ProFlowers cust. svc. (deceptively named
WeCare@ProFlowers.com) got no response. Details included in their after-purchase, independent survey got no response. Mind you, this was BEFORE Mother's Day. I understand there were MANY problems that weekend.
I vow to Google a local florist and order locally from now on. You blew it, ProFlowers!

Ordered flowers then got billed $1.95, $14.95 two months for Easy Service before I noticed. Never heard of them. Called the 800 number that told me to enter my cc number or "membership" number. Fat chance I would do that. Disputing the cc charges. Contacting media. Will never use Proflowers again or any of their associates!

I received spam form proflowers, and after numerous attempts to speak to someone other than a customer service rep, goit hooked up with someone who was somewhat helpful. I asked for the ip #, date and time stamp, and site where I gave them permission to spam me. After some research, I was called back and was told that the spam came from a 3rd p[arty's affiliate, and gave me the name and number of the third party marketer. I called this company, and they swore up and down that they do not deal with any florists. I once again called my contact at proflowers, left a message, and he called me back saying he needed to check with his corporate counsel to see if they could release any additional information to me.
In a nutshell, they have total disregard for non-customer's privacy, and feel they can hire ANY internet marketer, and hide behind "privacy" issues and not disclose any additional information.
They acted as though I should have been satisfied that they were able to unsubscribe me from their spam, as though I was incapable of doing that myself.
When I asked why I should have to unsubscribe to any spam that I did not request, I could not get a valid answer. When I asked about MY privacy rights, again, I was not given a coherent answer.
I have to wait until the mother's day holdiay is over to speak to the corporate counsel, It should be very ionteresting to see how he defends his company's spammer. I will further update you on this as this case unwinds.

I've used Pro Flowers in the past and had a good experience. My son has been sending me fruit once a month for two years. We had a good experience. Then, he found out he was being charged $14.95 a month for Easy Saver. He did not click on any coupons. What a fraud. We will no longer buy from Pro Flowers. I've sent an email to all of my family & friends telling them to boycott Pro Flowers. From what I can tell, this scam has perpetuated for at least six years. Why hasn't anything been done about it? Where is the media? Why aren't they reporting this? Let's get the word out to everyone!

Purchase did not arrive even after spending additional 20 dollars for delivery. Proflowers knew ahead of time that the purchase would not arrive on time yet took my money and sent the purchase (which would be rotten by the time they were delivered). Ruined wife's birthday. No satisfaction from customer service. Will never use again.

Your company must be aware of the business practices of Easy Saver and the fraudulent billing of $1.95,$14.95,and again $14.95 to my account without full disclosure or confusing disclosure that is associated with purchasing from your business. I will not be doing business with your company since your connection with Easy Saver and I will be contacting Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller with this matter. You will hearing from his office.

I was looking at my credit card and notice i had a charge for 14.95 it came from Easysaver which is from Proflower
I will have to call them to remove the charges its not a question that they will, but it seem to be others are having the same problem. So it seem that this practice is Deliberate, and if you catch it fine if not they made money....if you multiply 14.95 by 100k or 300k they're getting away with a lot of money.
